Follow These Ten Tips for Clear Informational Writing (via Charlotte Digregorio’s Writer’s Blog)

I found some excellent writing tips on Charlotte Digregorio’s Writer’s Blog. If you need to write for work, whether it be memos or detailed reports, I recommend following this advice!

1) Identify your reader and write as if you were talking to that reader. 2) Be sure to use correct and common words to get your message across. Intellectual words often confuse, rather than impress people. 3) Don’t make ambiguous statements.
